Kasasa was recently ranked sixth in the Austin Business Journal’s “2019 Best Places to Work” in the Large Business category. This is the fifth consecutive year that Kasasa’s work environment has been recognized by the Austin Business Journal.

Kasasa was ranked by its employees through confidential online surveys, which measured employee attitudes toward a number of factors including communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics and trust in leadership. In the survey, Kasasa’s Austin-based staff of 370 employees detailed the benefits of working for a company that makes a measurable difference in local communities, cares about its employees and encourages a positive work environment.

Kasasa recognizes the impact its employees have on the company’s success and strives to provide and empowered, happy workforce where employees receive perks such as open paid time off, team building events, casual dress, annual performance reviews and even onsite yoga.
