Consumers Aren’t Ready To Break Up With The Branch

Consumers still value traditional banking. The 2015 Consumer Banking Insights Study reports 86% of Americans prefer to do at least some banking in person. This should come as good news to community financial institutions that offer a more personal in-branch experience.

Even with the shift toward banking on the go, Americans aren’t ready to completely forgo the traditional teller. It seems no matter how tech-savvy consumers become, they still see a benefit to banking in person.
