Kasasa has been named as one of the Best Places to Work in Financial Technology for the third year in a row.

At Kasasa, employees are critical to the success of the company. For this reason, we work to create an environment where employees can thrive. The company’s culture revolves around ‘The Patch,’ an emblem made up of Kasasa’s four fundamental values: Five Star Leadership, Love, Badassitude and Interdependence. The Patch motivates employees and defines everything Kasasa does, including how products are built, how clients are served, how to plan for the future and how to work together.

In addition to a dedicated focus on core company values, Kasasa offers many employee benefits that establish the company as a top workplace. Employees receive perks such as open paid time off, 12 weeks paid parental leave for both new mothers and new fathers, onsite meditation and yoga classes, gym reimbursement, team building events, and highly structured annual performance reviews.

“Being named one of the Best Places to Work in Financial Technology for the third year in a row demonstrates Kasasa’s commitment to cultivating a strong and inclusive work environment,” said Gabe Krajicek, CEO of Kasasa. “We recognize that our employees are the company’s greatest asset, and we strive to maintain a culture that makes everyone feel motivated, empowered and valued.”

“The Patch is more than a symbol – it’s our foundation. It’s a manifestation of the four key values that drive us and a reminder of our commitment to one another. The Patch is what makes our company unlike any other, and we are proud to see our employees embody it every day,” said Krajicek added.

The awards program, created in 2017, is a project of Arizent (formerly SourceMedia) and Best Companies Group.

Arizent’s annual ranking recognizes and honors the 50 best employers in the world of financial technology. These companies share a commitment to creating work environments that make team members feel valued and demonstrate how an empowered and happy workforce can increase productivity and performance.

To determine the list of honorees, Arizent asked companies across the United States to complete a two-part survey process evaluating workplace demographics, policies, practices and benefits. The Best Companies Group managed the registration and survey process, analyzed the data and determined the final ranking. Kasasa ranked 22 out of the 49 included on the coveted list.

“The competition for talent in technology is intense and companies named to Arizent’s Best Places to Work in Financial Technology are setting the standard in terms of cultures that help people thrive,” said Richard Melville, Group Editorial Director at Arizent.
